My experience was fantastic! The process was very easy, especially for a holiday week.They even let me drive it around for an hour to see if I really liked it. Their lot is not a high pressure sales lot, which I appreciated a lot! The salesman and finance guy were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I always have a positive experience at Wilson Motors, they are very quick at getting me scheduled and extremely thorough and efficient in the service they provide. There is a Ford Dealership just down the road from my house but I will continue to make the drive to Wilson Motors because of their great customer service and understanding for the customers needs.

Codi is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Everything was so smooth and easy, it took a few days after I brought the Bronco home before it sunk in that I actually went through a process to purchase it. Everything was exactly how I wanted it and Shelby in financing found rates better than I thought possible. Thank you to everyone that made this possible!

Wilson Ford have excellent mechanics and provide quality service at affordable prices. The staff are friendly and care about you and your vehicle. They always exceed my expectations--I had an oil change and it was done on time and followed up with a vehicle wash and vacuum--I was surprised and delighted to receive this additional service. I have been waiting for a Bronco for 16 months and ordered one from Wilson Ford (bi-passing a closer Dealer). The wait due to Ford Issues has been tough for everyone but working with my Salesman Codi and Wilson Ford in general has made the wait easier. So I ordered a new Ford Ranger Tremor also through Codi and it was delivered in just over 3 months. The truck was very well prepared for delivery. Codi was knowledgeable about the truck. Paper work was a breeze. No pressure and great communication. All promises kept. I could not be happier. The Bronco is still on order and I have no doubt that Codi and Wilson Ford will treat me right on that purchase as well. Now I am keeping the parts department busy with accessory purchasers. They are great to deal with too. I highly recommend Wilson Ford, their Team and see Codi in Sales. Tell him the Z-Man sent you!

I had been trying to do a 3G to 4G modem upgrade in my vehicle since early 2021 when Ford notified me of CSP 21B09. I called to inquire about purchasing the modem and getting it installed and no one seemed to have any idea what it was and apparently couldn't look it up either. After calling several times I finally spoke to someone in parts that said that they can't order the part and we have to wait for Ford to have them available. I called every couple months and finally after about a year and a half I received a second notice from Ford and tried again to get the upgrade. This time I kept getting the run around and finally went it and spoke to Jacob who told me that in addition to buying the modem, I would have to buy additional panels and components, totalling around $900. I tried to explain to Jacob in service that the letter says to pay for the modem only and the labor is included. Jacob did nothing but make excuses like "were a franchise and so we're not actually ford so you'll have to call them" and when I asked for the manager he continued, "he just left but he'll tell you the same thing, we have to charge so we don't lose money" he even spoke to other employees in front of me implying that his coworker Terry was incompetent. I ended up aquiring the FSA documents for the 21B09 myself and I returned to show them that I am only required to pay for the modem itself and the labor and one-time use parts would be included. Jacob then made more excuses saying things like, "yah they don't really make it very clear to us how to do these". He was so very obviously apathetic and he really rubbed me the wrong way by refusing to take ownership of anything and avoiding doing anything to help resolve any concerns, and to top it off he seemed to blame his co-workers as well. My subsequent visits were spent trying to work with Terry whenever possible. Terry was constantly friendly, did his best to explain things to me, and did his best to resolve my issues without making excuses, blaming others, or generally avoiding customer service. I highly recommend Terry, but I have no faith in the other service department employees. I have worked with three people from parts and they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, totally opposite of Jacob.

Schedule oil change and tire rotation while.i wait. It took 2.5 hours and the car wash was horrible. Looked like an 8 year old child did it. The price quoted when Iade the appointment was $82 but the bill was over $100. They did an adjustment to $86. I wont be back. Oil can henry just got my business.
